Video confrence

We had a class conference with a woman in Swansea about conferences, in this conference we talked about the rules of conferences and how to act in conferences, the conferences lasted for about 45mins and in that time we were talking to the woman about how the conferences have improved in quality and cost over the past 10 years.

Ten rules.

1.       You should try and arrive 5 minutes before the conference starts.

2.       Don’t wear any hats, caps or huddies aloud.

3.       Turn off mobile phone.

4.       Make sure you sit up straight and look interested in what the Pearson is saying.

5.       Don’t talk when other people are talking.

6.       Don’t talk until you are aloud or have been selected.

7.       Wait until the other people have finished talking to give your views on the speech.

8.       After finished speaking mute your Microphone and don’t mess around.

9.       When sitting down don’t sit like you are watching T.V, sit like you are in a class room or attending an interview.

10.   Make sure you have set up the camera properly and you are looking into the camera when speaking.
